[Bristol-Birds] Charlie Muise to attend BBC Party (WOW!)

Charlie Muise, a naturalist with the Tremont Center near the Great Smoky
Mountains National Park, has notified the Bristol Bird Club he will attend the
big Saturday night BBC Regional Christmas Party at the Parker home near Piney
Flats. He lives at Maryville. The party gets underway at 6 p.m.
Muise is a major player in the Tennessee Ornithological Society's Conservation
Policy Committee. This committee studies environmental issues of importance to
Tennessee birdlife, and develops policy recommendations. The recommendations
require approval by the Board of Directors in order to become official TOS
policy.
Muise is as excited as Larry "Mad Dog" McDaniel and says he "can't wait - it
sounds like a real hoot!"
An all-around naturalist, he spends most of his birding time in and around the
Great Smoky Mountains National Park. He has been a long-time active bird
bander. He has birded at Musick's Campground on South Holston Lake and
attended events at Roan Mountain. He frequently posts to TN-Birds where his
crisp and bold messages constantly challenge everyone to get involved and enjoy
birding.
Get out your elf suits and color ribbons for your hair, horrible santa ties and
Christmas socks and sweaters. It is Christmas time in the mountains.
Come party down with the BBC and regional birders.
Let's go partying.....
