Birders: ( The First Melin or a " Pigeon Hawk " in City of Morristown, TN. )

This late afternoon on Dec. 5, 2004 while coming home from shopping I saw a 
Merlin or a " Pigeon Hawk " sitting on a power line facing North. This is the 
First Merlin I saw this year in the City of Morristown, Tn..
