[Bristol-Birds] Weir Dam, Powerline Farms, South Holston Lake

Wallace Coffey and I spent the late afternoon birding in these areas around
South Holston Lake in Sullivan County, TN. We found the following species:
Weir Dam - Bufflehead (80+), American Widgeon (6), Mallard, Eastern Bluebird
Powerline Farms - Red-Bellied Woodpecker, Song Sparrow, White-crowned
Sparrow, Mourning Dove, Rock Pigeon, European Starling, Northern Cardinal,
Blue Jay, Kildeer (4), Black Vulture
South Hoston Lake from TPB Bird One
(Musick's to Lakeview Dock) - Common Loon (60), Merganser sp. (2),
Ring-billed Gull (40), Herring Gull (4), Bonaparte Gull (8), Pied-billed
Grebe (1), Bufflehead (5), Great Blue Herron (3), Canada Goose, Mallard (20)
(near Camp Sequoyah, Washington Co., Virginia) Eared Grebe (5)
