I had two male Buffleheads on the pond at Fishery Park in Erwin, Unicoi Co., 
TN, on Dec. 2. I saw the Buffleheads both this morning and again at 4:30 p.m. 
They're the first Buffleheads I have seen at the pond this season. A male and 
female Gadwall continue to be present along with Wood Ducks, Mallards and 
Canada Geese.
