[Bristol-Birds] Shady Valley Weather report

Looks to be good weather for the Shady Valley / Mountain City CBC tomorrow.
Dress warm as it will be brisk in the morning. It will be sunny all day with
highs in the low 40's (should be upper 40's in the lower valley).
