This is a final warning to those of you who are traveling on the
roads Saturday evening.  If you are in the vicinity of Virginia
Middle School in Bristol Virginia, please have a designated
driver.  You might be overcome with all the smiles of birders
across the region who are headed to the BBC Annual Regional
Christmas Party at Janice Martin's house.

Traffic approaching Bristol may want to take alternate routes
U.S. 421,  U.S. 19, U.S. 11 and Blackely Road.  The north
and south bound lanes of I-81 from Abingdon to Kingsport
will be choked with cars heading to the party.

All streets leading into Janice Martin's house will be
switched to one one traffice heading in towards her home until
the party crowd has arrived.  

The rush time will be 6:45 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Out-of-town birders use parking lots  I-16, B38,  G-22  O-30
N-45.
Bingo!
