As part of a Herndon Chapter field trip:
Horned Lark - 15+
Am. Pipit - 20+
Lapland Longspur - 1 (heard only)
This has been a fairly reliable site for longspurs during recent years.
Elsewhere, we had:
Wilson's Snipe - 8
Loggerhead Shrike - 1 (few reports in county this year)
