[Bristol-Birds] Leucistic Red-tailed Hawk/Sullivan Co

Tuesday, November 21, 2006, Colonial Heights, Sullivan County
Went to visit a friend in Colonial Heights this morning. She told me she had
something for me to see -
out to Fordtown Road we went and there she located the leucistic Red-tailed
Hawk perched along the ridgeline with another Red-tailed Hawk.
She told me she has seen it on an almost daily basis for the last few months.
If anyone is interested - take Ft. Henry Drive to Fordtown Road. Turn onto
Fordtown and watch along the ridgeline right after the flea market shop up to
Fond-du-lac Drive.
One has to wonder if it the same one I reported some time ago.
How I wish she had given me a hint so I could have taken the camera!
