This morning there were a few ducks on the pond at Bush Hog Blvd., just
off hwy 11-E in western Washington Co, TN.
Mallard - 10
Am. Black Duck - 1
N. Shoveler - 3
Green-wg. Teal - 8
Lsr. Scaup - 1
Then on Keebler Rd., in the Limestone area --
Peregrine Falcon - 1 ad.
Horned Lark - 60+
Am. Pipit - 5+
This is the third winter that a Peregrine has been present here.
Possibly one of the nesting birds from the back (NC) side of Camp Creek
Bald, which is visible from Keebler Rd. Just a theory.
