Spent about an hour on Monday, Nov. 29 starting around 11:15 am. I was
treated to about 2 dozen ring-billed gulls, 5 Boneparte's gulls, 12+
pied-billed
grebes, 5 eared grebes, 3 horned grebes, 1 common loon, 2 male and 7 female
buffleheads, 1 male and 4 female hooded mergansers, 1 Canada goose, 1 adult
bald
eagle, 3 great blue herons and two northern flickers (yellow-shafted). Without
a scope, I would have been nearly empty handed!
