[Bristol-Birds] Rough-legged Hawk

Along Hwy 19 just north of Stuarts Pond, I got my first Russell County
Rough-legged Hawk. At the pond, I had 40 Canada Geese and one Blue Phase Snow
Goose, along with a very large flock of White Crowned Sparrows.
