[Bristol-Birds] Waterfowl, etc Carter/Sullivan Co, TN

I spent an afternoon off (10/29/07) looking for some of the birds reported 
after the rain came through.  The big numbers were gone, but some good birds 
still seemed to be around, including:
   
  Watuaga/Wilbur Dam area, Carter Co 10/29/07
  Hooded merganser (5)
  Bufflehead (4)
   
  Paddle Creek Rd ponds, Sullivan Co
  Am black duck
  Northern pintail (female)
  Ring-necked duck (5+)
   
  Musick's, Sullivan Co
  Ring-billed gull (4)
  Lesser scaup (7)
  Common loon (4)
  Am coot (2)
  Pied-billed grebe (4+)
  Am wigeon? (20+ - a raft of birds too far away for me to positively ID)
