[Bristol-Birds] Gulls or terns? at Austin Springs (Wash Co, TN)

I arrived at Austin Springs last PM (10/24/07) with just enough light to make
out the Am. avocets from the bridge. Near them, about as far away from the
bridge as you can get and still be in sight, were 10+ gulls or terns. I could
not make an ID in the poor light and rain but think they had some black in the
head. I was wondering if anyone else got a look at them? I went around to the
bridge by Winged Deer to get a better look. I could see the avocets from
there, but the gulls/terns hed flown out of sight.

  Also, this AM before work:

Meadowview near Credit Union (Sullivan Co) 10/25/07
  Virginia rail
  Wood duck
