The Lee & Lois Herndon Chapter TOS held the last of its October Saturday bird 
walks on Oct. 30 at Sycamore Shoals State Park, Elizabethton, Carter Co., TN. 
Attending were Dianne Draper, Howard Langridge, Reece Jamerson, David Thometz 
and Bryan Stevens.
Highlights included a Great Blue Heron, a couple of Blue-headed Vireos, 
numerous Chipping Sparrow and a Ruby-crowned Kinglet.
