On a canoe trip today with Natural Tunnel I, Bill Cawood, saw 4 great blue
herons, numerous ducks (woodies and mallards) 2 kingfishers, 6 turkey vultures,
1 pileated woodpecker and I heard a ruffed grouse drumming (?). I also was
told that a roseatte spoonbill had been spotted in Greene County.... any light
on this subject?
