I scoped the Black-necked Stilt near the Humphreys' boat dock at Austin 
Springs as I watched from across the river on Hyder Hill Rd. from 6 to 6:30 pm. 
 
Also present was a Sandpiper, Semi-palmated perhaps.  I think I spied James 
Brooks, Ellen and Charlie Parker, and Chris O'Bryan with ring-side seats on the 
Humphreys' property.
