[Bristol-Birds] Terns at South Holston Lake

At South Holston Lake today (10/3) I had Caspian Tern 2 and Forster's Tern 1 at
Painter Creek (TN) and Spotted Sandpiper 2 in Spring Creek (VA).
Let's go birding....
