[Bristol-Birds] Mourning Doves Herd a Garter Snake

Hi All,
Today I witnessed something unusual in the animal world. A Common Garter Snake
crawled from my small stream and made its way toward the bird feeding area in
the yard. Two Mourning Doves flew down and blocked the snake's way. The doves
intimidated the snake by getting close to it and raising their wings. They kept
at it until the snake turned around and returned to the stream with the doves
following.
