Carver's Gap on Roan Mtn
Carter Co., TN & Mitchell Co., NC
recent additions:
Bay-breasted Warbler - first on 10th, daily since
Palm Warbler - first on 12th
N. Waterthrush - 1 banded on 12th
Gray-cheeked Thrush - 1 banded today
15 species of warblers today, including Blue-winged;
also 15+ Swainson's Thrushes & 12+ Rose-br. Grosbeaks, plus
Yellow-thr. & White-eyed Vireos (uncommon at high elevation).
