[Bristol-Birds] Wildlife Weekend at Steele Creek Park

Wildlife Weekend at Steele Creek Park got off to a fantastic start last
night. Dr. Fred Alsop did a wonderful program on birds and Tom McNeil led an
owl prowl in which several screech-owls were heard up close. It was a
deliteful evening.
Today will be full of nature events starting at 8 am. Events include
8 am Bird walk
9 am Bird banding
10 am TWRA program
11 am Nature walk
12 noon Monarch Butterfly program
1 pm Snake program
2 pm Natural History of Steele Creek Park program
3 pm Flora and Fauna at Steele Creek Park program
4 pm Conservation with Gorillas program
The park will stay open until 9 pm. We will have fun things to do rain or
shine, so come on out and join us for a day of fun and excitement.
