The Mendota Hawk Watch on Sunday, 9/17/06. had
Broad-winged Hawks 1,152
Peregrine Falcon 1
Osprey 1
Northern Harrier 1
Cooper's Hawk 4
Sharp-shinned Hawk 3
American Kestrel 2
Red-headed Woodpecker 1
Started 10 am, finished 6:15 pm with several watchers staying longer.
Observers: Larry McDaniel, Rob Biller, John Clonci, Ken Turner, Tom Hunter,
Phil Shelton,
Amber Groseclose, Lindsay Hartenpach, Lindsay Abiovness, Bob Riggs, Don
Large.
