[Bristol-Birds] Mottled Duck ?? at Dutch Bottoms

If anyone is close enough and can get to Douglas Lake before dark, a
"possible" Mottled Duck was seen there in the last shortwile by Dean Edwards.
Dean telephoned and said he was looking at the bird and it was being seen from
the U.S. 25E bridge which i just south of I-81. This is along the
Jefferson-Cocke county line and just upstream of the bridge or to your left as
you approach the bridge coming from I-81.
He says the light conditions are not real good. He does not have a camera.
There is one accepted record for this species in TENNESSEE.
