Birders,
I am by no means an accomplished birder. I am learnign much from the members
at NTSP and by the postings. I have a question.

Sat Sept 17 I had my dendrology class on Roan mtn. We were buzzed by 2 female
ruby throats at the Cloudland Hotel site. It was warm and there seemed to be
lots of flowers for them to feed from. How common are Hummers at altitude?

Thanks,
Bill Cawood
