Sunday was one of those top birding days that come along every couple years or
so...........
* Bird banding at Carver's Gap with Rick Knight
* Birding Roan Mountain with Kenn Kaufman
* Red Crossbills
* Bald Eagle and Osprey aerial dogfight at about 75 yards
* Eared Grebe (in Virginia)
and finally - finding a Sabine's Gull on South Holston Lake (in both VA and TN)
