[Bristol-Birds] Swallow-tailed kite (1 or 2?) (Wash. Co., TN)

I was out at lunchtime today (8/21/07) and ran it Ron Hoff and another birder
from Knoxville. We also observed only one kite, intermittently flying low over
Charles Creek across 107 from Enon Church. When I first arrived about 20-30
minutes before I thought I saw a kite disappearing over the trees on the other
side of the river, but as in the previous report by Rick Knight, we never saw
two birds at the same time.
