[Bristol-Birds] apparent Swallow-tailed Kite in Hawkins Co.

Danny Huffine, of Jonesborough, called to inform me that a buddy of his
saw a bird near Rogersville (Hawkins Co., TN) this morning (17 Aug) that
fit the description of a Swallow-tailed Kite.
It was seen just west of town along hwy 11-W near Cherokee Lake.
