[Bristol-Birds] Elizabethton Butterfly Count 2006

Sunday, 06 AUG 2006, the annual Elizabethton Butterfly Count will be held. We
will begin at 9:00 am at Sycamore Shoals State Historic Area in Elizabethton,
TN at the Visitors' Center. We will count in and around the park until
lunchtime. At 1:00 pm we will reconvene at the Visitors' Center and carpool to
Panhandle Rd. on Holston Mtn. for the afternoon. No previous experience at
butterfly identification is required to participate, everyone is welcome. If
we are blessed with good butterflying weather, you should be prepared for the
heat with sun protection and water. If you need information, I can be reached
