[Bristol-Birds] Fwd: Re: Bristol Bird Club Calendar

I added the club meetings to the list of activities and included a meeting for September by mistake. Since the club is having the banquet, there will be no regular meeting. Two possible locations have been identified. The Centre and the Woodmen of the World Lodge. Both are easy to get to, the Woodmen of the World lodge would have a larger room although a little less dressy. With similar buffets, the price to have it at the Centre would be about $5.50 more than at the Woodmen of the World lodge. However the club would have to do set up and clean up at the WOW lodge which we do not have to do at the Centre.

We will discuss this and get a decision at the meeting August 16. Let me or one of the other officers know if you have other alternatives or an opinion regarding these. Or you can post it to the list.

Has the place been set for the banquet? I can't go to everything, but September is going to be really full for the ones who do. Is there a need for the regular meeting that month?
