The Bristol Bird Club will have a booth at Abingdon's Virginia Highlands Festival this weekend, July 29th and 30th from 10 AM to 2 PM both days.

The booth is located on the Barter Green with the youth tent. It is to the right of the music tent, which is huge, and can be accessed by going up the alleyway between the Barter Green and the Martha Washington Inn.

The festival will kick off with the traditional first event, Wallace Coffey's Bird Walk on the Virginia Creeper Trail. After the walk, we will move to the Barter Green to the BBC booth. The booth is sponsored by the Natural Resources Committee of the festival. Come visit and share your interest in bird watching with the festival visitors.
