The following is the BBC calendar of activities that was discussed at the 
planning meeting, Tuesday, June 28th. Those present were Dave Worley, 
Wallace Coffey, Mary Erwin, and Bill Grigsby. Please review this and let me 
know if you are aware of other activities that shold be included in our 
planning. The calendar will be reviewed at the BBC meeting at ETSU Bristol, 
July 19th.

JULY 2005
    (7th  Herndon Chapter TOS Picnic, 4 to 9 p.m. Johnson City's Rotary 
Park Harris Pavilion -- food served at 6 p.m.)
    19th Kingsport Funfest Bristol Bird Club/Wards Bird Walk, Greenbelt 
Boatyard (8:30 AM at Civitan Shelter)
    19th BBC Dinner Mad Greek, 6 p.m.
    19th BBC July Monthly Meeting, 7:30 p.m. ETSU-Bristol
    21th Kingsport Funfest Bristol Bird Club/Wards Bird Walk, Bays 
Mountain Park (8:30 AM at Nature Center)

AUGUST 2005
    16th BBC Dinner at Mad Greek,  6 p.m.
    16th BBC August Monthly Meeting, 7:30 p.m. ETSU-Bristol
    TBA Watauga Lake Birding and Boating at Bob, Ellen, Charlie Parker's cabin

SEPTEMBER 2005
    8th or 9th BBC Mendota Hawkwatch begins (8th or 9th depending on weather)
    10th-11th Natural Tunnel State Park/BBC Bird Walks
    23rd BBC Annual Banquet
    24th BBC Annual Hawkwatch Field Trip
    TBA Mendota Hawk Migration Festival
    30th BBC Mendota Hawkwatch annual coverage concludes
    30th-Oct. 2nd TOS Annual Fall Meeting at Greeneville (spnosred by 
Greeneville TOS Chapter).
    No monthly Dinner at Mad Greek due to banquet.
    No third Tuesday monthly meeting due to banquet.
