[Bristol-Birds] All-U-Can-Eat Fish at Phipps Bend (Hawkins Co.); Com. loon at Austin Springs

At Phipps Bend Wednesday AM before work I found that one of the ponds had dried 
up stranding hundreds of fish.  The place was packed with black vultures and 
turkey vultures taking advantage of the aromatic baked seafood bar.
