[Bristol-Birds] Roan/Ripshin Addendum

After talking to some higher ups in the local birding community (Fred Alsop,
Don Holt, and Tom McNeil), we decided that it would probably be best not to
jump the gun and add Ruby-crowned Kinglet without a visual ID (which I didn't
have). It would be pretty rare to have this bird, even on Roan this time of
the
year. So subtract Ruby-crowned Kinglet.
Also, I need to add the bird (Yellow-billed Cuckoo 2) as I ommited this one
when preparing the "final" report. ;)
