[Bristol-Birds] Red Crossbills, siskins on Whitetop Mtn. Va.

Glen Eller of Galax, Va. reported finding Red Crossbills on Whitetop Mtn. this
morning (June 10). There were 8 to 10 crossbills along with two Pine Siskins
feeding on the heavy cone crop on the mountain. Other birds of interest seen
and heard were: Barred Owl, Common Raven, Red-breasted Nuthatch, Canada
Warbler, Magnolia Warbler, Chestnut-sided Warbler and Black-throated Green
Warbler, Golden-crowned Kinglet and several singing Winter Wrens. He also
found a Dark-eyed Junco's nests with 6-8 eggs in it.
