[Bristol-Birds] Great Blue Heron

I spent a few minutes watching the Great Blue Herons on the S. Fork Holston
River along Netherland Inn Road in Kingsport yesterday (05/26). I could see
six nests holding young birds. These nests are in Sullivan County. Most of the
young were nearly as large as the adults feeding them. I could not see any
Double-crested Cormorant nests. Had a beautiful male and female Baltimore
Oriole foraging and singing in the Sycamore trees overhead. Also had a flyby
of a Great Egret while I was here. Here is a photo of four GBH "babies" in
their nest.
