[Bristol-Birds] Bald Eagle-Highlands Airport

Today I spotted a mature Am. Bald Eagle soaring high above the Highlands
Airport, Exit 14-I-81, Washington County, VA. The bird was climbing on a
thermal
and eventually sailed off towards the Northeast.
