[Bristol-Birds] Robins

Thanks to all who replied. Unfortunately my little nest of robins did not make
it. I spotted a bird Friday evening that was spending a lot of time around the
garage and it eased my mind. I left town Friday and immediately checked the
nest when I arrived home just a few minutes ago. No adult birds were present
at the nest or in the yard. All four babies were dead.
I do not know what killed the adult on Friday. I have a feeling that the
second bird may have met the same fate as I found a few feathers that appear to
be those of a robin.
Momma and papa birds get very busy feeding and sometimes let their guard down.
It is sad to see this family destroyed before they even left the nest.
