Twenty-four birders turned out for Tuesday, May 18 2004 meeting of the Bristol 
Bird Club held at Steele Creek Park in Bristol Tennessee.  Rack Cross was 
elected BBC President for 2004-2005.  Ron Harrington was the speaker.  Larry 
McDaniel presided.
Three new persons attended:

    12-year-old Charlie Parker and his mother Ellen Parker of Piney Flats, TN.  
They will join the club immediately.

    Elizabeth Marshall, a long-time friend of member Nancy Necessary.  
Elizabeth has shown a strong interest in BBC and indicates she will joing right 
away.  She lives on the Gate City Highway (U.S. 421 North) of Bristol Virginia 
west of I-81.  She has had a long interest in birds.
