After last night's storm, we have a transient or lost Herring Gull at Powell 
Valley High School in Big Stone Gap, VA.  It has fascinated several classes for 
the last few hours.  AS Biology teacher I have answered questions, stoped 
rescue attempts and halted a foray to feed it left over bread from the 
cafeteria.
