[Bristol-Birds] Kingsport herons and feral cats-do they mix?

I was wondering if any one has seen any yellow-crowned night-heron chicks at
the Green Belt nests between American Way and Eastman Rd.
I checked the nests Saturday after finding chicks at the Ravine St. end but
didn't find any YCN herons at all. Sunday I found one adult in one nest-the
other nests were empty. And I had the same result last night.

I did however, coincidentally, (or not) count 11 feral cats in the parking lot
behind the Kingsport Mall - on Eastman Rd. and close to the nests. Also a large
pile of cat food so apparently someone is feeding the cats.

So, did anyone ever see chicks fledge from these four nests?
