Snake Away is a product sold by Wall Mart and other stores to be used around 
bird posts etc. to keep snakes away. I posted this info a year ago or so and 
got into 
a "bird recording-pishing" situation. I don't want to go that route. 

The Snake Away has kept the snakes away (it smells like moth balls) and has 
done 
what it should do. Just wondered about the loss of birds.
