[Bristol-Birds] Carolina Wren

Today while trying to determine where exactly our property line lies I flushed
a Carolina Wren from a very low spot. I immediately stopped moving and took a
very close look not wanting to disturb a hidden nest. She has quite the cozy
nest spot on the ground at the base of a tree. It's just a little hole in the
leaf litter lined with moss and white hair. There are five eggs. I had a
quick look and moved on. I did mark the tree to keep my father and husband
from tromping over it while clearing a new fence line.
I also spotted a pair of Blue Jays building their nest. Heard Downy
Woodpeckers and saw one male Yellow-bellied Sapsucker.
All the little birds are busy preparing for spring. I am ready!
