The storm event fallout report at Middlebrook by Carolyn Coffey, Wallace Coffey:
Northern Shoveler 9 (mostly males)
Red-breasted Merganser 12
American Wigeon 2
American Coot 43 (probably largest count there this winter)
Greater Scaup 1
Great Blue Heron 1 (probably unmated bird, one has been there for weeks)
Pied-billed Grebe 8
Mallard 16
Tree Swallow ~ 35
Canada Goose ~50 (one bird on nest)
