Looks like the Cooper's Hawks which are nesting at Oak Hill Cemetery here in
Kingsport are about finished with nest building. Should begin egg laying
pretty soon I would think. Here is a link to a short video clip taken through
a Meade ETX-90 spotting scope a few days ago:
