[Bristol-Birds] Osprey on Big Cedar Creek

My wife, Jane, and I saw a pair of Osprey on the section of Big Cedar Creek 
that runs in front of the Lebanon, VA water processing plant.  We also saw a 
nice Red-tailed Hawk in the same section.
