Yes, there will be quite a few hunters out there in the woods. The season 
opens next saturday here in Virginia and I cant wait for it to get here. I 
dont know what the law is in tennessee, but in virginia, you have to be out 
of the woods by noon. So  when your out birding, It might be a good idea to 
wait till the afternoon. Could be dangerous in the mornings and you run the 
risk of making some hunters angry.
