Greetings from Buladean,

At last a warbler!! Yellow-Rump at the edge of the woods in my back yard...
moving around with the big yellow Swallow Tail butterflies and bees in the
cherry tree which is in bloom  . Only saw this one male in full color..

Also a Red-Eyed Vireo has been singing for a couple of weeks.. came closer
and closer this evening where I could view it quite well... seemed earlier
than usual this year.  It should be around for a while.

The Brown Headed Cowbird was at the feeder again this evening.

From my window this morning I saw something round and white moving rapidly
back and forth.  When I put my binoculars on it I found it to be a dandelion
gone to seed with a Chipping Sparrow shaking it vigorously... I gather it
was getting the white fluffy seed.  But why?  For food... for material for a
nest?? Just playing??

I also had a White-Throated Sparrow at the feeder today.  I see one
sporadically.
