3/22 late afternoon at Phipps Bend:
   
  Red-breaster merganser (11 on river)
  D-c cormorant (3)
  Blue-winged teal (3)
  Tree swallow (20+)
  N. rough-winged swallow (1 at least)
  Bobwhite (12+)
  GBH (1)
  E. phoebe (2)
  E. wood pee-wee (?)
  R-w blackbirds (6 tree-tops full)
   
  AM at Church Hill (Church Rd off of Silver Lake Rd across the river from 
Laurel Run Park):
   
  Brown-headed cowbird (2)
  E. meadowlark (10+)
  Killdeer (1)
   
  (This has been a good spot for N. harrier and other raptors all winter but 
not yesterday.)
