[Bristol-Birds] Interesting Week At 4027 Glen Alpine Road, Kingsport

During the week March 11 - March 17, I have seen/heard 41 species
in/on/over/from our property and 53 for the year. There were some pretty good
birds in
the total. This is a sample (note the asterisks for number or species):
03/11 - Northern Flicker (2), Eastern Meadowlark (2), Pileated Woodpecker,
Red-winged Blackbird (2 males), Cooper's Hawk (female), Red-tailed Hawk (male),
Killdeer, Eastern Towhee (male).
03/12 - Eastern Phoebe, Belted Kingfisher, Common Grackle (5), Red-winged
Blackbird (male), Black Vultures*(5), Red-tailed Hawk (pair), Northern Flicker,
Eastern Towhee (male).
03/13 - American Robin *(80 in a flock), Pileated Woodpecker, Killdeer,
*Brown Creeper, Red-tailed Hawk, Field Sparrow, Eastern Towhee (male).
03/14 - Field Sparrow, Common Grackle, Killdeer, Eastern Meadowlark (2),
Northern Flicker, Eastern Phoebe *(3), Red-winged Blackbird (male), Turkey
Vulture, Eastern Towhee (male).
03/15 - Northern Flicker (2), Slate-colored Junco *(15), Eastern Phoebe,
*Hairy Woodpecker (pair), *Brown Creeper, *Golden-crowned Kinglet, Eastern
Meadowlark, Red-winged Blackbird, Great Blue Heron, *Cedar Waxwing (7).
03/16 - Pileated Woodpecker, *Purple Finch (male), Cooper's Hawk (male),
*Hairy woodpecker (female), *Cedar Waxwing (5).
03/17 - Chipping Sparrow (34), *Hairy Woodpecker (female), Field Sparrow (3),
Mourning Dove (22), Great Blue Heron, White-throated Sparrow (4), House Finch
(2 males and 2 females), Turkey Vulture *(12), Eastern Phoebe, Pileated
Woodpecker, Eastern Towhee (male).
These were all seen while doing yard or housework, not birding per se. Many
of the days I was gone for a good portion of the day and saw the birds before
or afterwards.
