[Bristol-Birds] Cooper's Hawk, Merlin at Oak Hill Cemeter

A pair of Cooper's Hawks were adding sticks to their nest this morning at Oak
Hill Cemetery in Kingsport. Last year they worked on this nest for well over a
month before the female laid eggs and started to incubate. Also, at least one
Merlin is still present at the cemetery. Here is a video grab of the female
Cooper's Hawk adding sticks to the nest.
