[Bristol-Birds] Surf Scoter

Today at Steele Creek Park, I (along with Sam Cross and Justin Moore)
observed an adult male Surf Scoter. The bird was on the lake for a
couple of hours. To my knowledge this is the first record of this
species in the park.
